Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens..... When I was a kid I loved this song and I LOVED this movie. The Sound of Music was one of my favourite's. I remember going over to my Auntie Joy's and Uncle Johns (not really related, that's just what they were called) and watching this movie over and over.
Now that I have grown up, these are a few of my favourite things. Don't get me wrong, I still love whiskers on kittens.....
I have a total love affair with images of Paris. I have been there, I was about 19 years old and was too concerned at the time about drinking and having fun to appreciate it's beauty and culture. I hope to make it back there one day with my husband.

Flowers and cakes....I love both, not any particular type or flavour....Love them all.
Mmmmm champagne...my drink of choice.
And of course my puppie DJ, he's probably my most favourite thing along with MR S.
We definitely like many of the same things, I was nodding in agreement through this post!!!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind comments. I am so jealous that you are just a train ride away from what I describe as heaven (France)I lived in London for 3 years in my younger days. Over stayed my visa by 1 year and got a slap on the wrist when I finally left. I discovered your blog last night. Think I spent about 2 hours on it reading and looking at the great images that you have. I have very quickly been addicted to this blogging thing which is all very new. Glad to see that someone is reading it.
